One of the Best Butt Exercises in the Universe
OK, here is how you do the 3rd Best Butt, Hip And Thigh Exercise in the Universe:
Lying down, face up.
One leg flat on the floor with butt touching mat/floor.
The other leg is bent with the heel on the ground, toes pointing up.
Push that heel into the floor, raising the butt, hips and straight leg off the ground at the same time.

Then, lower the butt & hips and leg back down.
Try doing about 15 - 20 on each side. (MOVE SLOWLY!) If that was easy, do 15 more on each side.
Do this every other day for 2 weeks.
If it gets easy, add another set of 15 or 20.
If you are doing this exercise correctly, you will feel your Butt working BIGTIME and will feel and see changes in a few weeks, WITH JUST THIS EXERCISE ALONE!

Food for Thought - Regarding Butt Exercises
The one factor that has led most, if not all, of my clients and customers to success with changing their butt and lower bodies is this:
"consistency" --> sticking with their program...
People start & stop all the time - & those people are always the first to complain "I can never get myself into shape & look good."
Getting a sexy butt is not working out for a few weeks, or even a few months, and then stopping - it just doesn't work that way. You must be consistent. Fitness needs to be, and SHOULD be a part of your lifestyle.
Factor number two is being on the right program.
You can be consistent and faithful for months and months - and see no results if you are not on a good program.
So, if you already have a good program - be consistent with it. If you don't have a good butt exercise program - GET ONE! and get moving.
